“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

The only thing we would have liked and this may come down to personal preference is better pillows. the pillows were thin and offered no head support or comfort. So new and better pillows we felt were needed other than that it was great! ”
