"We had a group of nine girl friends stay at the Moose Chalet and the weekend couldn't have been more perfect! The location is walkable to various hiking trails and the dining room table accommodated all of us for dinner. It was a beautiful space for our weekend mountain escape and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!"

"My husband and I stayed at this property with our adult children and infants. It was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the main living area and kitchen space for preparing and enjoying meals. It’s a ways from stores and in our opinion not great restaurants in area so bring your groceries! The views are spectacular, the house has a nice layout, and the area, including ride up from Golden is beautiful. We recommend!!"

"The properly was clean and well kwpt however the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and very old. Honestly, this could’ve been a five star experience had the beds not been so incredibly uncomfortable for everyone in our party in three different rooms. We loved the walkability to the ski lift and the amenities and restaurants nearby. However, I would not stay here again because that’s how incredibly bad the beds were. "We hit the rare spring snowstorm and it was unexpected but awesome. Beautiful views with and without the snow, which eventually melted. Not far from Evergreen for dining and groceries. Lots of great trails very close - if you are flatlanders like us I recommend the Panorama Point trail just east of downtown Evergreen. The place has everything you need and is very comfortable. Had to call the contact one time and he was very helpful. No issues."
