"Really enjoyed the stay. The staff were all friendly and fantastic. House keeping kept the rooms in perfect condition. The good was good, though some of the items tended to dry out, being out on the trays. Mostly the meat. I loved the various cakes, treats and ice cream available for a dessert. The property wasn't very crowded, lots of space at the buffet, bars, pools, beach. We enjoyed looking at the various animals on the property, checking out the shops. My only gripe was the bellhops not showing up on time on my checkout day. Fearing missing the shuttle, we ended up walking the whole way to the front from our room with all our luggage. I wasn't very pleased with that."

"We were in The Reef in 2016 and there are a lot of improvements since then. The palm trees on the beach got bigger over time and combining them with the umbrellas there is a lot of shade all day long for those who like to hide from Sun. It’s a quiet place for family vacation with enough activities. Cleanliness is exceptional. Food is great. The staff is nice and friendly. "
