The hospitality was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I’ve gone to several RIU hotels and by far RIU Palace Riviera Maya has been the best! Having an open bar and great bartenders didn’t hurt! I will definitely booked with them again.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The facilities were incredibly clean and well maintained. The food was good and everyone bent over backwards to make sure you were taken care of. We loved it there and would definitely go back.

Second time here and the staff are all friendly, resort is spotless and plenty to do. Short walk to Playa Del Carmen or there a little shopping village to the south. Water actives on site, the drinks and the food are great.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Lupita at the front desk sent a special gift to the room because we were celebrating my daughter’s college graduation. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and neat. Hotel was very well maintained and the grounds were beautiful. Pools were a little warm but still relaxing. Overall, it was a great stay.
