Extraordinarily disappointed with the customer service at the Front desk when placing a complaint about the room AC. Two consecutive nights I had to go to the front desk to complain. The AC was in adequate. After telling me, the air condition wasn’t running because of me, leaving the sliding door open and being an HVAC tech. I went up into the ceiling and removed an extraordinarily dirty fouled filter and brought that for the front desk and offered to train their staff on AC maintenance For free Needless to say, I definitely will not be considering a RIU resort in the

The Gym facility size and quality was disappointing for a resort this size. the gym needs to offer much larger space, more updated nicer equipment, with windows for natural light to get in.

Very disappointed with the reception personnel at the RIU hotel. We have never felt so unappreciated as customers We requested a change of room for our anniversary which we booked since early February and the hotel did not help us to work this out at no cost to us as I originally requested and booked. Expedia assisted us after my call, but my wife is very disappointed and dissatisfied with the RIU hotels so we decided not to come back to these hotels in the future.
