"Up There is one floor of a commercial building. The rooms are perfect! We got the Matejuska room, which has the harbor view and it was amazing! The whole week we were there, the only sounds we heard were doors opening! The staff is friendly and helpful. Although there is no night staff, contact information is in every room. "I can’t say enough good things about this apartment! Marijana personally met me to give me the key and show me around. She also arranged a taxi from the airport for me. "We absolutely loved our stay here. The room is spacious and clean and the bed is comfy. The balcony is very large and had some great seating to enjoy the view. The view of the town from the balcony is an added bonus. Would highly recommend staying here. The walk into town is short and very picturesque. Can’t say enough great things about this place. "The property was wasy to locate wasn't far from bus terminal. Very local to all transportation, train, ferry and taxis services. 5-10 minute walk to make attractions. Accommodation is room only but plenty of restaurants available with a short walking distance. Hotel located on second floor of building very clearly signed. Need to inform of exact time arrival but there is a code to access lobby. Room are very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities, fridge.and safe. Room cleaned daily....

"my good ness what a place Split is, beautiful, matched by our lovely deluxe room, so authentic, four poster bed, lovely bathroom right in the heart of the city. Staff couldnt do enough to help us and a hidden treat of a roof terrace with panoramic views (nearly as high as the church tower) over the city. Highly recommended."

"Great location in the old town steps from everything. I chose the virtual checkin because I wasn’t sure exactly when I would arrive but the instructions were simple to follow. The room was clean and in good condition. You are above a couple of restaurants so you can hear noise if you open the windows. It didn’t bother me … I actually enjoyed the breeze and waking up to the distant sound of church bells in the morning. As some mentioned, there is no lift but that also wasn’t an issue for me. "

"Carlos was wonderful, responsive and made recommendations. Beautiful rooms, very comfy beds. Bath a bit small but we are a family of 4. Hot water runs out quicker than Carlos Said it would. Heated overnight and next morning barely provided one warm military shower. 64 stairs to the room we weren’t aware of. No elevator. Washer but lay out on rack to dry. Could use a large table top or dresser. Had to lay out cloths out on each couch. Do have a hanging rack. Takes AC a while to cool rooms....

"The location was perfect for me. Super close to the old city and walking distance to the ferry port. It is essentially a small studio apartment. The only draw back for me was having to carry my luggage up all the stairs. Not a big problem as I was travelling relatively light and only had to tote it up and down once."
