Rooms were great, large bathrooms, comfortable bed. Check in was easy, great location. Just know that you have to walk up several stairs which is a little awkward with luggage other than that fantastic property
Such a great stay. The location was minutes from the Old Town but quiet. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, a/c worked great and a good size space. Natalija was extremely helpful with transport needs, restaurant recommendations and everything else. The only thing to be mindful of is that there is no elevator and the apartments are up two flights. Such a beautiful and friendly city. Looking forward to another visit.
Staff were super friendly. They treat me like I am their own family member. Property was right off the main attractions. Everything was like 5min way. Super quiet place and smell great and bathroom was super clean up to date. If I ever go back I will stay there every time I am in town.
We loved her stay at prima due to the proximity to the palace and all of the restaurants and bars! We felt very safe, walking around the property at night after dinner and it was easily accessible via taxi or Uber. They also allowed us to store our luggage early, which was great when we arrived much earlier than check-in. Overall, a great stay!
The only thing I would say would recommend more bathroom amenities, the only thing we had was a shower cap and shampoo which was fine as we had everything we needed anyways.
Our stay at Prima Luxury was amazing, mostly because the hospitality was just incredible. From the second we checked in, Natalie and the staff went completely above and beyond for us. They were so friendly, kind, and always made sure we were taken care of. It's rare to find people who genuinely care that much about your stay, and they made us feel right at home.
The location is also unbeatable. It is really close to everything, which made exploring so easy. We were literally a 5-minute walk from the promenade and waterfront, perfect for evening walks and getting to restaurants. Plus, being right by the bus station was a total game-changer for getting around without any stress.
If you're looking at Expedia and trying to decide where to stay, pick this place. You get a perfect location and a team that genuinely looks out for you. Huge thanks to Natalie and the rest of the crew—we’ll definitely be back!
The instructions to enter te property were very clear and helpful. The rooms spotless, big and comfortable. Location is perfect. Really recommend this place.

Good location.
Poor communication day before arrival. Telephone was answered by another person who was not helpful or pleasant.
Lighting in stairway non existent. Internet didn't work 1st day. Towels are far from luxurious.
Staff eas pleasent once we were checked in.
The building is in a sketchy area and also near the hospital. There were sirens 24/7. If you’re coming from the bus as we did the walk is a bit nerve wracking. Several begging, one person passed out with a bottle and many abandoned buildings.
The rental building is clean and nice and the room is compact and functional! We were relieved to find this after our walk.
If you are driving instead of walking I’m sure you will find it nice.
Stayed for one night - the host was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for dinner. The room was clean and smart and the bed comfy - no complaints!
Great little place to stay, my room was very tiny but as a solo traveller it was sufficient, nice short walk into the centre where everything is happening, the staff was really friendly and helpful
