Perfect place for a relaxing honeymoon!Posted Jan 22, 2015
Pros: We loved the staff (esp our butler, Juan). The food was amazing, room service was great, the spa was so relaxing, and we always had a clean room!
Cons: It is great there are no check-in/check-out times, but our experience at the beginning of our stay was hectic moving rooms until one was available.
Location: We were able to walk 15 min down the beach to take surfing lessons. We also rented goggles to snorkel around our beach at the resort.
If you're looking for a romantic, quiet setting in paradise, don't look anywhere else. We had high expectations with it being our honeymoon, and Zoetry exceeded all of them! The staff was incredible (Juan, Carlos, Felix, Yesica and Frank were our favorites!) and they went above and beyond to make sure we didn't lift a finger for anything we needed. The beach was beautiful, and the round lounger beds were perfect for my husband and I to lay on together. Food and drink service was incredible while we were on the beach (they don't let you go hungry here!). We were also able to surf and snorkel as part of the resort's amenities. Our room was gorgeous with a walkout patio to our swim up pool. The bathroom was huge with a great rain shower and large jetted tub. We loved the room service to our room every morning so we could enjoy breakfast on the back porch. Our room was always clean with fresh towels when we returned from the beach each day, and the turn down service was so nice with fresh flowers each night. The pools were beautiful, and the spa was incredible (the bubble beds were our favorite). We enjoyed a couples complimentary massage, and they also treated us to a bottle of champagne to celebrate our first night there. The four restaurants were easily 4-5 star, with great food selection and service. The best part was not having to make reservations, and we never had an empty wine or water glass in front of us! We will be going back and recommend this resort to everyone!

Great HotelPosted Jan 21, 2015
Pros: Customer service
Cons: If it ain't broke don't fix it.
A wonderful place to stay. would definitely stay again. You don't find many business where every staff member, regardless of responsibility, is working toward a common goal, a very satisfied customer.

The hotel is beautiful, everybody that work there is super friendly. The only thing that i would complain about would be the food, it has no flavor breakfast and lunch were terrible.

Amazing private resort with only 96 roomsPosted Jan 19, 2015
Pros: The service and great staff were a pleasure
Cons: The gift shop was somewhat limited. The pedicure was poor but massages were great. Spa service still needs some improvment
Location: It took about 45 minutes in the shuttle to get between the resort and Punta Cana International airport. Not much to see around the resort
Zoetry Agua was our first experience in the Dominican Republic. We could not get over the great service and attention from the staff. Often, it seemed there was more staff than guests in different areas of the resort. Our private "butler" was a very nice young man, very attentive and cheerful. He provided us with a cell phone to use to call him should we need him during our stay. He made reservations and suggestions for trips, spa, excursions. We appreciated it but truly were there for a week of straight rest and found the resort and the room all we needed. The bar tenders, in the evenings, Lorenzo (Mini Mike) at the lobby bar and Marcello by the pool were both excellent, cheerful and always quick with a drink. As an all inclusive the drinks were tasty, plentiful and of good quality. The food was good. We learned to be careful and make sure that what we asked for in English was understood by the wait staff. Please don't be shy if an order is not correct to ask for what you want, they truly want to get it right and make the guests happy. The room was great. Ocean view means a view of the Ocean, not Ocean front. We thought it was a tremendous room. Vaulted ceiling to a thatched roof. Private Lanai with a table, chairs and a day bed. The king size bed was comfortable with great pillows. The bathroom and closet was great. Free laundry service was handy as was the ability to make free calls back to the USA from the room. The WiFi was everywhere.

Wonderful vacationPosted Jan 11, 2015
This hotel looks just as it does in the pictures. It is absolutely gorgeous and the beach is amazing. Would give 100% positive, only negative was our room safe was open one evening when we returned from dinner and some money was missing. We did report it to the front desk but they never followed up with us. Other than that, all good.

A Great Place For Traveling SoloPosted Dec 30, 2014
Pros: The hotel is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is absolutely delicious.
Cons: Not sure why the resort turns off all exterior lights surrounding the property. Very scary if leaving at 5 am to catch an early am flight.
Location: The location is convenient to the airport no more than 35 minutes. I didn't leave the resort because I simply wanted to relax at the beach and pool
I went to Zoetry to celebrate my 50th birthday. I was traveling alone and I wanted a small luxury resort . The Zoetry is exceptional and the staff made my stay absolutely wonderful for my entire stay. This is a quiet resort and I would describe it as a resort for adults since they really don't have activities geared towards children - - which I found to be a plus. If you're looking for a resort where you can relax, eat well, and lay out at the pool or the beach then the Zoetry will deliver. If you are the type of person that needs to be entertained or need constant activities in order to have fun then this may not be the resort for you. I loved every minute of my stay and I'm looking forward to going back
