There is something for everyone at this resort. Entertainment was fabulous and different show every day, for 9 days. There are quieter pools, fun swim up bars, beautiful beach. Will definitely return!

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The pools and swim up bar was nice and the water slide everything else needs a lot of work the drinks were kinda ok each room had a problem with it I had to get a room switch which was easy but then the next room shower head was broken the phone in the room was completely out of the socket it was broken as well. The food was ok

Overall great experience, exactly what you’re looking for in a fun-party setting. Staff was great for the most part, my room was always cleaned well! IMO food could have been better and so could the quality of alcohol. I would go back.

Honestly the property itself was beautiful. Not as kept as something like this should be housekeeping came 1x throughout our stay and never restocked anything in our room for us. I think they could be a bit more welcoming with new visitors a tour or simmering could help not a map with circles. The property was pretty big and I don’t feel like I got the full extent of the resort due to not knowing there were other options in food and such. Overall I had more fun off the resort and when I did go to the bigger buffet lounge there. The spa was very nice as well. Everyone was very nice especially SR. Kenny at the larger buffet lounge he was absolutely amazing and made our trip something amazing always looked forward to seeing him.

Stayed 5 nights. The staff were very nice! They love there job and make everything fun. The pools and the beach were really good too!! Our first night our bathroom didn’t flush so I contacted the desk said they put the order in never showed. I called and went to the desk multiple times but never got the bathroom fixed. The next day I had to ask for a new room and got that. So only negative would be is that if you need a new room just ask for one and save you the trouble. But overall had a good time! I would definitely come back! Also the bartenders at the main pool were amazing!! Overall I give this a 7/10. Food was okay had something for everyone! I would stay here

I booked Ocean view room with double bed through Expedia but when I checked in the confirmation showed Standard room with King bed. When I requested double bed the reception staff got angry and gave a double bed room tropical view with air conditioning issues. When my husband complained the front desk staff was rude and stated that a technician will come but no one showed up. After two days the air conditioning worked but started dripping water. Other than that the resort was great. The pools were great, there were plenty of beach chairs by the pool and by the beach and didn’t have to compete for beach chairs like other resorts. The numerous coconut trees adds so much beauty to the large resort. The restaurants were great and the food was awesome with plenty of choices and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The resort was very clean. The evening shows were very entertaining.

Our particular stay was overall good. We traveled with a group of 7 (3 seperate rooms) for my husband's 50th birthday and our room was the 2 bedroom family room. PERFECT choice for 4, including adult children. 2 bedroom set up with 2 bathrooms. AC worked perfectly in our room, even on the hottest days. However, only had 2 working outlets in each room (1 plug in, 2 USB). Outlets in either bathroom didn't work. Staff was overall friendly. Check-in and out was simple. Food on the resort was mediocre, but the Jerk Chicken shack is where it's at! Lots of drink options available, but are on the weaker side. Always asked for extra shots to be added. This was our 2nd time at this resort. The resort was well maintained but everything is so spread out. Depending on where your room is, may have to cross entire resort to get to food or the beach. Personally, we were pleased with our specific stay and for the cost it is a decent option if wanting on the lower pricing.

This is a party Resort and loved it. The foam pool party, the White party, the pink party all of them were amazing. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Of course there's also peaceful pools and places to hang out if you don't want to be part of the fun but I highly recommend you go to one of them. You won't regret. The Beach was full of sargassum but this is nature not the resort fault. The staff also sell you excursions and we booked the $120 per person to go to Saona Island. We really enjoyed that trip. This is better than purchasing from outside because this way doesn't stop at multiple resorts picking up people. They also stop at blue lagoon where you can take pictures of the starfish ( do not take them out of the water). Bring lots of singles and fives dollars to tip staff. The food was delicious in every restaurant but our favorite was Mangu restaurant where Matías and Daniel made us feel so special. We even exchanged phone numbers after because we truly going to miss them. Thank you everyone for making this the greatest vacation ever.

This resort had several pros, but the cons outweigh the experience. - Offered many scheduled events - A party offered every night - The shows had great talent - Several pools on property (Waterslides in picture were not the same on property) -The massage was good, but the Spa did not offer spa robes and falsely advertised jacuzzi. It did not have jets. - Gym was open 24 hours, limited amount of machinery for the amount of guests trying to use it. - Doctor on premises was very nice and helpful. -All-Inclusive Alcohol selection was good and bars were located throughout the entire property. - Restaurants Offered a wide variety of food selections buffet style. - Food was not covered witnessed several cross contamination. - Toilet handle broke on Wed. They didn't send someone to fix until Friday when we were checking out.(Called multiple times) -Roaches in the room, - Wi-Fi Signal was very limited throughout the room and resort. - We were there Mon- Fri. Requested sheets to be changed on Wed. They Did not change sheets put dirty sheets on until I took them to the cart.
