Gray Manor Hotel

3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (344)
"I had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Their
dogs
were adorable and gave the place a homely feel. The room was very quiet and my room faced the side with the busy main road. Clean and comfortable but some elements could do with a refurb. My stay included breakfast which was excellent value for the price in this area. If you have an electric car its useful to know they have chargers on their car park as they don't seem to appear on all apps."

New Forest Lodge

3.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (324)
"We stayed in the Apartment. It slept 6, but there were 3 of us, so plenty of space. 2 bathrooms . No elevator , but only a couple of flights . No breakfast, but we ate breakfast at the Garden Center , 5 minutes drive away. Great place !Lodge location was ok. Obviously one would be driving to the Lodge . But an easy place to fine and easy access into Salisbury. Next door to the New Forest Lodge was an Indian Restaurant. We didn’t try it as we had eaten at a super restaurant in Salisbury. ...

The George Hotel, Amesbury, Wiltshire

3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (595)
"We had a lovely one night stay. Very welcoming staff and we were very comfortable. A fan in the bedroom kept us cool during the recent hot spell. We enjoyed supper and Sunday lunch seated with the
dog
in a very pleasant bar. Really pleased to have found this hotel and will stay with them and other members of the Coaching House Group again. I absolutely loved the desk at reception; hence the photo."

Stonehenge Inn & Shepherds Huts

3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (274)
"The only 2 good things about this place were the
dog
friendly atmosphere and the nice bath towels. There were no hand towels or face cloths, the shower did not drain, 2 of the 4 cups left for us were dirty and the hair dryer fused when I turned it on. The mattresses felt about 2 inches thick (thin?) and I could not get comfortable all night. But the staff were friendly if not too helpful. We are disabled seniors and had to carry our own bags up two long flights of stairs. "

King John Inn

4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (61)
"Our stay at this inn is very lovely! We had dinner at the pub beforehand and the food was really good. They also served 1 complimentary drink as we're staying in the inn for the night. The room was very cozy, clean, and beautiful! The inn is located in the middle of the national park so you can easily walk to a nearby path or drive for a short distance to other paths. I would definitely recommend!"

The Compasses Inn

3.5 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (54)
"The compasses Inn was a very well organised friendly and relaxing place to stay. It was easy to find using Google maps from the app (which is saying something!) Good parking, although this can get busy with the pub and restaurant in the evenings, however we always found a space, getting back before 7 in the evening or after 9! Extremely quiet considering the Pub is below - we heard nothing!
Dog
friendly which was a bonus, with a long walk over the fields opposite if needed for the
