“From the desk gal was lovely. Room was clean a d beds were comfortable. Room had AC which was great!”

“The room is comfortable and perfect for one person. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. However, a downside is the lack of a lift to the room, so light luggage is recommended. It would also be an improvement to have a desk and chair in the room.”

“Our stay at The Great Bustard in Salisbury was excellent and far better than we expected. The rooms were absolutely brand new, in perfect condition, and spotlessly clean. The food was beyond anything we anticipated—truly gourmet, Michelin-star quality, and every dish was delicious. Without a doubt, we would come back again. The service was outstanding.”

“I arrived 15 min early and they wanted to charge me 20 pounds for early checkin. Called for extra towels and they did not deliver. Went to the front desk to ask for towels and they said that they did not have any available.”
