"First thing I did try to communicate with the owner. They didn’t respond until the day before I left. I was there from Wednesday to Monday morning. Couch smell like pee the main bedroom shower burn my wife the beds hard as a rock and flat pillows cooking pots scratch and over all it’s not really in Sambordon it’s more in daule. Hopefully no one eles would need to experience this horrible experience my family and I had to. And the place is still under construction lots of dirt."

"We have stayed at this hotel twice now while being in Guayaquil to do mission work. The staff speaks wonderful English and they are very friendly. The hotel is very comfortable and the food in their restaurant is wonderful. "
