"My teen son and I very much enjoyed our stay at this home over Spring Break. It is the perfect home base for visiting the Redwood parks. It is challenging to find; look for laminated signs directing you past the farmhouse. The property managers did not give us the key code until we arrived, which was frustrating. Once inside the home it is well-appointed and quite lovely. It had everything that we needed, and we were grateful for the nice kitchen, good beds, white linens (!), and hot showers!"

"The cottage was just as we expected. The proximity to the beach was awesome, less than5 minutes by car and if you are adventurous, a 10 minute hike/walk to the Houda Point Beach and Camel Rock. Stunning sunsets! Nikki is great to work with, a prompt communicator and was very accommodating. Highly recommend for those looking for a quiet relaxing getaway."

"The Library is in a beautiful, bucolic setting on the outskirts of Ferndale. We enjoyed being in the dairy district, with cows munching the pasture grass right outside the kitchen window. The high ceilings, the 3,000 books, the abundant daylight, and the quiet of the location "outside" of town added to the delightful stay we enjoyed."

"We used this property as our home base for visiting the Redwoods. The hosts were very helpful and gave us great insight to the area. The property was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need, and we loved driving the golf cart through the forest. Wonderful place to stay."

"The house is beautiful and clean! Very centrally located to all the attractions in the area: <10 minutes to Sequoia Park, 15 minutes to Samoa Dunes, 20 minutes to Clam Beach, 45 minutes to Redwoods. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, and she loved the attractions as much as we did! Thank you!"

"We were very impressed with this home, and the furnishings, comfortable, clean, and homey with lovely antiques and a kitchen that is very well equipped and easy to work in. We had a Thanksgiving feast with family members cooking together which can be chaotic, but it turned out to be very enjoyable."

"Great four day weekend for Cal Poly Humboldt Graduation stay. Place was clean and even had spices and laundry detergent available! That was a huge plus even though we didn’t use it. Many places don’t include this. Only downside was that the description said TV had Netflix, they didn’t. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cute two bedroom cottage! Thank you for your hospitality and answering my questions so quickly. I do have a pic by the property where we were able to catch the aurora...
