"My family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teenagers) came for parents weekend for our son at USMMA. The location is fantastic, Only 1 block from academy- walking to and from was a piece of cake. The overall property sadly is a 2. The property was not as described or pictured. It is listed as a bed and breakfast however, no breakfast was provided. The pictures showed a full size refrigerator with some counter space, and chairs around a table, however only a mini refrigerator was present, but not turned on...

"RUDE and UNFRIENDLY!!! Too unwelcoming AND FINICKY for hospitality. This AWFUL place is like a dorm for children or a PRISON CAMP. NOT for people who are there to see friends or family. No this no that no visitors and I'm watching you on CCTV. RIPPED ME OFF!!! Kept all my money even though I said I wasn't comfortable and cancelled. I could have understood if they kept some of my money but ALL??? And I didn't stay a day??? RIP OFF!!! MISERABLE!!! RUDE!!! DO NOT GO!!!!"

"We came to visit family and were tired of staying in overpriced, dingy hotel rooms. This place was great. It’s a peaceful neighborhood, with a great view. We had some family over for a low key celebration, and Mike, the owner, was so accommodating. "Was wonderful, clean, fun, & close to things to do! Only a few suggestions I have is fix the handrail. Instead of a boat paddle put a real handrail in. Its extremely hard to hold onto it at the top of the landing. Also Anti skid strips on the stairs going up. Last but not least put a shade or curtain on the door window that goes out on the small second floor deck so neighbors cant see in. All in all Mike was a wonderful communicator!"
