Seahawks PlayoffPosted Jan 12, 2015
Booked hotel last minute to go to the Seahawks game! Hotel was clean, service was amazing, and the room was huge! When I booked the hotel, I didn't realize it came with breakfast and it was a fantastic breakast. From fresh fruits, eggs, pancakes, sausages and more....

From Sacramento to Seattle!Posted Jan 5, 2015
Out stay at the Hyatt Place in downtown Seattle was very pleasant! The staff was super nice! Accommodated us with everything we needed. Definitely would stay again whenever we go back to Seattle.

Room close to the center of it allPosted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: The staff were very accommodating.
Cons: The breakfast arrangement can be improved. To be bringing out the supply of food from the same window as the buffet causes bottlenecks
Location: Near the space needle and museums. Short enough walk to the market and the shopping district.
Great staff, clean room and in walking distance to most of Seattle

Good weekend stay close to Seattle CenterPosted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: Walking distance to Seattle Center
Cons: Hanging space for clothes is very small; need more space in the winter for coats, etc. More towel racks in the bathroom.
Location: Can walk to many places in the downtown area, although Seattle Center is closest.
This was our second time to stay at Hyatt Place in Seattle. There was a Seahawks game that weekend, so the hotel shuttle, which provides free rides to guests within a one-mile radius of the hotel, was particularly busy and we took a cab a couple of times instead of waiting. The parking fee is half that of other similarly rated hotels downtown ($20/day + taxes instead of $40/day). The pool is warm and the exercise equipment is in good shape. The included breakfast has many choices. The bedding and towels are still in good condition, even though the hotel has been open a few years now.

Great place!Posted Jan 3, 2015
Spent 3 nights over New Years here, looking for a place with a pool, included breakfast and decently-priced secured parking, and this was perfect. We walked into the downtown/market area each day, hotel was very comfortable and quiet, breakfast was excellent, and the sitting area in the room itself was huge. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great central locationPosted Jan 2, 2015
Very friendly staff, comfortable room, nice pool for the kids, good breakfast, loved the free shuttle Negatives- slight musty smell in our room and we were on a lower floor where our window faced the parking lot of a 24 hour convenience store which was noisy at times

Super nicePosted Dec 26, 2014
Heater did not work in room, staff fixed and then made a ticking all night. Worse night sleep ever! Do not get a room on alley side. Shuttle is great, staff is great, breakfast was just ok. Room was nice. Would stay again just not in room 607.

Hyatt Place ReviewPosted Dec 26, 2014
Free breakfast was kind of dry and should be revamped. Room had an awkward design, the bathroom door is too large, and the room temperature was hard to regulate. Key card access in the elevator is somewhat tempermental...sometimes it took several tries to get a green light. Staff was friendly.
