      I never made it to my room because and you guys stole my money because the W hotel kept telling me that my cards were declined for incidentals by the bank which is a complete and utter lie. I called 3 of my different banks from the W. I have a private banker and there was plenty of money on all 3 cards that I gave the gentleman at the desk who by the way was completely arrogant with me. I tried before they turned me away. I'm a hotel's dream customer. That's why I have been a gold member or whatever the hell your top level is because I spend so much time in hotels. Unless you refund every penny of my money I will never use Expedia again. You guys act like you don't care about the customer and that's a problem. Especially in 2020. I'm not sure what was worse. Walking into that creepy W hotel or you stealing my money. At least I probably won't get sick and die from you stealing my $500. Unless you make this right. I will continue to trash your reputation whenever I'm afforded the possibility.

      The W is the only place we stay when we go down South. Love all the amenities around and great service. The Livingroom is a great place to spend time with friends.
