"This was an adorable little property right on the beach. It was renovated but kitchen is still dated. It IS comfortable and homey. Beds were comfy and shower was amazing. It fit our needs really well. Beautiful walks on the beach, fantastic weather and Chatham did not disappoint in charm and accessibility. We loved being here and it was charming and fun. Thank you!"

"This cottage might be small, but it is beautiful and perfect for a getaway with your partner. The deck is large and you will have the best sunset views!! The beach is right in front of you and Provincetown is a short drive away. The cottage was impeccably clean, fully stocked with linens and towels and everything you need in the kitchen! Owners were great to deal with as well! Highly recommend this place. We went for our honeymoon and, it was absolutely perfect."

"Wonderful get away, great location right on the pond, quiet and peaceful. The Velvet Crab had everything we were looking for at the Cape. Sparkling clean and spacious with all the comforts of home with a cottage feel. We canoed, fished, relaxed near the water and had morning coffee on the deck. Thank you for hosting us."

"We could not have asked for more. The cottage itself is an old fashioned Cape Cod cottage with a nicely updated kitchen and bath. The location was quiet and secluded but close to beaches and restaurants. Scott was great with any questions. Really a perfect place if you are looking for relaxation, peace and quiet."

"What a great place to stay! I was on the Cape for Thanksgiving so it was a different kind of vacation but just as much fun. This sweet house had everything I needed and close to town and the beach. "Beautiful condo that overlooks the ocean and only steps away from the beach. Fireplace and hot tub were great for the chilly April nights. Balcony on the master bedroom overlooks the beach and was the perfect place for my morning yoga sessions. Host was very helpful and available to answer questions/concerns. We will definitely be staying here again."

"The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space...
