"This is our second time back. We love the house and how many people it can accommodate, big windows in the common area, big kitchen, fireplace, grill and access to the slope."

"We really enjoyed the chalet, super clean and very new. The lake is so peaceful and beautiful, we spent so much time on the balcony with the kiddos looking at the water. Wish the weather cooperated a bit more so we could enjoy the fire pit area but it was still really nice. I’d recommend this place as a quiet retreat or as an option during the ski season for sure. "3 friends and I booked this place minute so we could ski northern VT. It's an easy hour's ride from Jay and just 30 min to Burke. Wood stove, Amazon Fire TV, and plenty of sleeping space were all pluses. The hot tub was a nice soak, but the jets basically didn't work. Cookware consists of the usual random assortment of medium-quality pots and pans with no lids. We made do but I wouldn't plan on any major meal prep unless the owners upgrade the cookware. Overall a great place to shower and rest...

"This cabin has great potential, but there needs to be full disclosure and clarity about its water issues. It was charming and clean, but we were so disappointed that both the gas grill and gas fireplace on the deck were unusable. There was only one empty propane tank under the grill and nothing in the fireplace. There is a wood burning/coal fire pit that we supplied our own wood for. The host did not respond to my inquiry about whether there was an additional propane tank someplace on site....

"The cabin is beautiful and immaculate. We stayed in the cabin most of the time; is quiet and cozy. We wish the bed was bigger and comfy but, other than that it was a good experience. We stayed there from April 15 to 18; the weather was perfect and we saw a big bear in the woods which made our stay even more exciting y (pictures and video were taken). The location is perfect; grocery stores are within 15 minutes from the cabin (Walmart, Shaws) We will definitely will go back!!! Can’t wait to...
