"This cottage is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in. It was a comfortable home from home. The cottage is close to local shops and restaurants, as well the bus stop for the short ride to the harbour and shopping area. We would highly recommend this cottage for anyone visiting the Torquay area."

"We had a wonderful time at East Soar farm. The kids enjoyed being surrounded by the animals and we did the splendid walk to Salcombe Beach and back. The apartment has just what you need in order to cook, sleep and shower and was very clean upon arrival. We felt very welcome and well taken care off."

"We had a wonderful 4 days at Iris Cottage. Set in beautiful countryside, the accommodation was lovely and the facilities on site were perfect for our group. Swings and play room for youngest to tennis, snooker and golf for older ones. The swimming pool was used by all of us. Would definitely recommend for all ages. We are looking forward to visiting again"

"Cottage was a very good base for exploring places in Dartmouth. Clean and tidy cottage. Cottage itself had everything we needed. However the cottage could've done with a bit of a make over. Pictures on walls. End of bath. Bedlinen . Bed was comfortable. There was a little hole in the window in the bathroom. Also when you got in the shower you overlooked a public footpath. "Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...
