"We did a weekend getaway so the area was mostly quite. The place was clean but for the freezer that was full of ice cubes everywhere. It is a great apartment, has just about everything you need. Clean linen which is very important to us. I would have liked a more secure parking place but we had no issues."

"This property was very clean. This is very important as I do not like dirty hotels or VRBOs. Easy access, super great location to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Great little glass blowing shop up the street and walking path near by. Only complaint was you can hear people walking above you but it was very quiet at night, Owner was very nice. Great deal."

"Located in Montford neighborhood. Nice upscale area. 8 minute walk to All Day Darling- nice neighborhood restaurant- the kind everyone would want in their neighborhood's VRBO had everything we needed- Kurig coffee maker and porch to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Comfortable bed. Great couch. Plenty of room to enjoy a dinner with friends."

"This property was as it was pictured on the site. The kitchen is well stocked with needed items. I loved the real plants situation around the apartment. The hostess and her daughter were friendly and kind. I felt the area was safe. I was very grateful to have off street parking. :)"

"I stayed at the cozy upper room while I was attending an herbal conference in Black Mountain. Everything about this space was perfect for me-nestled in an adorable neighborhood in the heart of downtown, the room above their house is immaculate! I could definitely live in a tiny home-as long as it had the soaker tub found in this space. Every night, after long hours in lectures, I came back and immediately soaked in the tub. I really enjoyed having my door open in the mornings and listening to...

"Our stay was lovely. The room is beautifully decorated and the location was perfect for spending 2days at the Biltmore. My only comment would be to book you Biltmore tickets ahead of time. The advertisement stated that you get a free Biltmore ticket if you book The Rose Room. This is correct, but you have to go through a 3rd party to get the ticket and I didn’t receive that information till the day we checked in. I then had to buy an additional ticket for my husband and coordinate the times."

Colby Loft: Downtown Asheville Loft in Historic S&W Building
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (145)
"Above all else the location is FANTASTIC. It is in the heart of Asheville and an easy walk to just about everything.. The Condo's Kitchen was very well equiped with anything you can think of.. The master Bedroom and Bath were very roomy. Hanging up clothes is challenging since the Master closet is locked. Besides that, it was a very comfortable living space for the 4 of us. Close Parking is limited and they fill up fast. Would I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY!!"

"What a cozy, comfortable stay. Loved the decor. Had everything we needed and well displayed maps, points of interest and eateries. Lots within walking distance. Didn't have to drive far for anything we wanted to do. Highly recommend."

Sunset on Main Street Loft. Charming Hendersonville. Walkable. Offstreet Parking
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (147)
"Apartment was large -- three rooms plus bath -- and fitted out well. Nice king-size bed, and there's a second TV in the guest/sitting room. The kitchen was well-equipped although we brought our own Kuerig. The 27 steps to the second floor might be a challenge for some, but not for us! The view was great for sunsets, but no view of Main Street. But the convenient location more than made up for that. Overall, highly recommended!"

"Originally we reserved a studio accommodation. Realizing that two flight of stairs were beyond our abilities, we decided to head back home. Dan reached out to us and offered us the first floor accommodations at no additional cost. We gladly accepted his offer and returned the following day. It was a wonderful weekend with a peaceful location with one of the greatest hot tubs. We passed the location to friends of ours. We too, will return to Montreat too."

"This place was very nice overall. It is in a great location near Beaver Lake and a short drive to downtown Asheville. Brandon is a really nice guy and a very gracious and generous host. The weather was not very favorable, but we were still able to see a lot and we enjoyed some really good food downtown. There is also a great place to eat at the end of his street. I would not hesitate rebooking this place for our future visits to Asheville."
