2 night stay for a weekend wedding.Posted Sep 4, 2013
Pros: Not much.
Cons: Lose the disco.
Location: Lovely little town, nothing to do.
Lovely staff, just be aware of the disco that can be heard throughout the whole hotel until 12:30 on the weekend. To be fair, we were warned that this would be the case, however if you don't like rave music then you're kind of out on the streets until it stops, we opted to kill 3 hours in a 70's karaoke bar round the corner rather than listen to "Boom Boom Boom" through the floor!!

Only one toilet.Posted Aug 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel is easy to find close to town centre, few restaurants around as well as shops and banks.Hotel is over the pub, It was a disco night when we stayed (sat-sun) and it was very noisy. You have to expect toilet on the corridor, only one for 7 rooms. Shover tube is right next to your bed. Food was freshly made and tasty, service was very good.

clean & comfyPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room 6 is a vanity room which means there is no toilet. TV did not function and hand sets were dirty. Shower just dribbled cold water. Noise from road traffic was horrendous mainly i suppose because the window was fixed open due to hinges being rusted up, secondary glazing proved ineffective. Enjoyed the breakfast; i suppose you get what you pay for.

quite a lot of noise from music system in the bar could be heard in bedroom. Could have done with more staff on duty both at breakfast and in bar in the evening. Bar person had to get meals from kitchen and take to the tables. Difficult to know who was in charge.

Avoid like the plaguePosted Jun 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
I have never been charged so much for so little !! No en-suite toilet; a shower cubicle in the corner of the room; a TV screen little bigger than my mobile phone; home cooked food that was simply deep fried tat....you'd be better off camping out at the but stop.

Nice hotel, but don't stay on a Friday night!Posted Jun 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room and hotel is compfortable. The food is amazing, especially the breakfast. The only negative thing is that the hotel is above a pub, which has a DJ on a Friday night. My room was shaking with the noise, but it only lasted till 11.30pm!

great stafflPosted Jun 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Clean comfortable rooms could do with a wardrobe though, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent, recommended to anyone looking for short stay, location great for coastal visits and beautiful scenery closeby. Not much to do in the town during the evening but we really enjoyed our stay.
