"Took a while to find as entrance actually on Shantung St off the corner of Sai YeungnChoi St, right next to the Sharetea. In the heart of Mongkok so very convenient. Was able to check in at 11pm by ringing the caretaker at the desk even though it says after hours check-in is not available. I speak Cantonese so he was very helpful & showed me everything, to my room and how to use everything. There were extra bathroom items at the desk. "Terrible, I didn't move in, it was totally different from What pictures online until I checkout the room. Room was so small, that couldn't put my languages In,the elevators so small, so many people line-up to Go upstairs, that was nightmare I shouldn't piad For those two nights, I want to file complaint Could you help ?"
