"I think the communication with this property and Sam was really really good! They gave us all the information we needed in clear and concise instructions. We were able to access the property with no problem and enjoyed our stay. The property is located near a lot of things so getting to grocery stores to fill the refrigerator and sightseeing Etc was a breeze. Few minor things like the dish soap was relatively watery so it was hard to wash dishes or you had to use more in order to wash dishes....

"This place was absolutely amazing! It’s huge. 4 floors (could be an issue for someone with mobility issues) and can sleep 14! It also has 4 bathrooms- 3 with showers. It was amazing for our family vacation everyone had space, their own bed, and almost their own bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked and they had complimentary items to use! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"We booked 2 apartments for a family of 11. It was not specified if one was suitable for 6, so we chose the ground floor one for easy access for my mother inlaw. We did not have sufficient bedding or towels. However, we used spare ones from the other room. The sofa bed in the lounge was meant for 2 people but was small and very uncomfortable. "I was excited to find this budget friendly property near Universal studios for our upcoming trip, but I didn't realize how close it was to Universal! Just a 5 min walk to the City walk/first universal garage. Also parking is only $4 for the WHOLE day on the metered parking out front and is not too hard to come by early in the morning or late at night! Our stay was easy and Pedro was a good communicator checking in on us via text when we had not checked in yet. 10/10 would recommend if you have a...
