Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area & screened in sunporch (lanai). When we arrived there was already someone in the home that booked through another site.
When we arrived there was already someone in the home that booked through another site. We were left standing on the street looking for a place to stay at midnight. We didn’t find a hotel until 2:00 am and VRBO said they couldn’t do anything to help us find anything because it was after midnight. They did send a nice email saying they were sorry and offered to cover a hotel room for the first night. I don’t understand how they can allow a host to leave someone stranded without penalties for the host when they double book something. Especially when they are utilizing multiple sites to list a property.
