“This was our first time staying at this lovely small condo only one block from the beach in Venice, Florida. Nicely appointed, much better than a hotel room. The two of us had room to work, play, and hang out close to my mom‘s house. Really nice step in shower and upgraded bathroom. And the little touches were well appreciated - beach equipment, sand chairs, umbrella, fan, nightlight. The owners have thought of it all. Thank you for such a nice stay!”

“The Condo was clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. The beaches were close as was downtown Historical Venice. Nice restaurants to choose from. Only drawback was no green space to come back to on the property.”

“This was my second time renting this property both times were in January. The property is comfortable, clean, and close to the beach. The only negative that I can say about this property is their TVs do not have ABC NBC CBS and Fox. So I had to go out to watch football games.football. I will echannels”
