I stayed at B&B Home 77 for a total of four nights spanning the 3rd of October through the 7th of October. I found the staff to be very friendly and hospitable.
As an example, immediately upon booking, we received an email from Pasquale (the contact for B&B Home 77) asking us for our travel information so they can plan accordingly. Since they do not have typical hours for a hotel (they're a bed and breakfast) their front desk closes early. They accommodated us quickly and easily, since we did not arrive until 21:00. We simply just checked in the next day.
Overall I find the hotel to be very modern. It's best to consider this location to be like a modern, upscale college dormitory in which five or six bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) share a common living room/kitchen/dining area. The common area isn't very large, but I find the fridge regularly stocked with common necessities such as juice, water, bread, jam and other essential nutrients. It made the stay quite enjoyable.
What I also liked about B&B Home 77 was its location. It was close to a Metro station and a Bus Line and a short distance to Roma Termini train station via Taxi.
Both my wife and I concur that during our 14 night stay through France, Germany and Europe, B&B Home 77 was the best hotel experience for us. It was just very relaxing and modern. A good touch.

"Relais 6 Via Tolmino in Rome is an excellent hotel"
Relais 6 Via Tolmino in Rome is an excellent hotel, no exaggeration! We stayed there from Dec 11-13, 2014. And we want to go back there even now. :) It is located in a residential suburb of Rome, near Metro station Agnese/Annibaliano (only 6 min to walk to). Thus we can visit almost all wonderful scenes in Rome by just taking Metro and leisurely walking, including St. Peter's Basilica, Musei Vatican and Sistine Chapel in Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, and Piazza Spagna, among others. The staffs provided extremely impressive and professional service, including detailed tourist assistance. We lived in a clean and neat room, enjoying free and fast Wi-Fi, delicious breakfast and beautiful lobby. Finally, but not of least importance, the price is unbelievably reasonable! Thank you Relais 6 Via Tolmino and staffs. Next time when we go back to Rome, we definitely will live this excellent hotel again!

The deceptive look of the outside of the accommodation may cause concern, but there is no need to worry. The rooms are comfortable and fitted to a very good standard, with queen size beds and double showers.
The best aspect of the stay was the helpfulness and friendliness of Damian and his team, who could never do enough for us with either service or knowledge of what to do or see.
A real hidden gem was Branca Leone restaurant recommended by Damian, less than a 5 minute walk away it gives you a real taste of traditional Italy with unbelievable home made red wine!

Basic, but nicely furnished and clean. It had everything we needed. The location was good, about 20-30 mins walk to the centre meant that it was abit quieter and that the prices are a bit lower. A good selection of restaurants really close means that you don't need to go far in the evenings

21 Aprile House was a fantastic base for exploring Rome. The room couldn't have been cleaner or Lorensa and Davide more pleasant, they really did think of every detail to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Upon arrival greeted professionally and warmly. The staff were always courteous and friendly. The room was immaculate as was the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was good too - fine selection. The hotel has a courtyard which is quiet and very well kept - good for enjoying a wine or coffee. Location is good too. Inner city suburb, main road, local bus stops right by the hotel. I preferred taking a taxi and it always averaged €15 (single direction, day and night). I would definitely stopover here again.
