The property is close to the Roma Termini. It is to the right side of Santa Maria Maggiore and Piazza dell’ Esquilino.
Our stay was OK. The room itself is ample with a window, but the bathroom was too small in our unit. You lean to brush your teeth on the sink, and the back of your legs touches the bidet and toilet (and we are skinny people. 5’10 and 5’7). Also, the floor was dusty. Immediately, after we enter the room, I took my shoes off and walk around in my blue socks and they picked up a good amount of dust.
No drinking cups in the room (short on room amenities). The doors are not sound proof and had no locks. Nobody can open the door from the outside, but still you get that unsecure feeling not having a lock.
We stayed three nights.
Our experience is that it is a nice place, very, very helpful staff, it has an elevator, the size of the room is good, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, but for the price, we think we could’ve got a good hotel.
Actually, we booked the place in Expedia thinking it was a hotel. My mistake.
