We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. "Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. "This unit is on a lovely street and about a ten mite walk to the PATH train, mostly what I stayed for. Host was very helpful and good at communicating I recommend!"

"We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken."

Leider war die Bettwäsche leicht verschmutzt, da allerdings in den Schränken Bettwäsche war, konnte ich diese selber wechseln, wofür ich mir auch nicht zu schade bin. Das einzige was wir nicht gut fanden, sind die undichten Fenster von denen es sehr reinzog. "The property was better than the pictures. So clean, very welcoming. The wi-fi worked well, neds were comfortable. Easy in and out. I was the only one whom had difficulty with the stairs. So if you are disabled in any way tjis property is not for you. There are a small flight of stairs to access the apartment and another flight to get in the apartment. We were able to park the vehicle which is AWESOME!! I was able to Doordash needed items. Plenty of shopping within walking distance. Simply...

"John was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. It was a large and eclectic loft. The shower/tub upstairs was a little "unique", however the water was hot and constant. The kitchen had all the essentials. We travelled into Manhattan and it was a nearby bus stop and direct to the main Port Authority terminal. (25 minutes)."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River....

"The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all basic amenities from kitchenware to toiletries. It has a very cabin-y feel and definitely made every one in the group feel at home. We didn't feel very safe at night in the area, outside the apartment though. Apartment itself does feel secure and we didn't actually witness anything shady happen. But if you're travelling with family, I'd recommend staying alert."

"Unit is on 2nd floor of a 4 story building. Although the unit was very clean the living room and dining area furniture was sparse and dated. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work. The “common area” entrance and stairway to the VRBO is very unappealing and in desperate need of new paint and some TLC. If you desire to be in the heart of Hoboken this is a good location. Great access to transportation and dining options."

"Offering a fantastic view of the New York skyline from New Jersey, the easy bus links allowed us to see the city, augmented with the occasional Lyft and Uber. The communication with the host was great, and he was very flexible with arrangements. The stairs only access to the property was not ideal but really not a great problem, seeing how New York involves a lot of walking anyway. In the area, id really recommend a trip to the massive American Dream Mall which has a built in theme park and...

"Overall property was good but had two major flaws. Bed was way too small and hard, and couch in living area was not functional and in poor condition. Good proximity to downtown Stamford. Property manager was very attentive. Despite flaws mentioned above (which should be an easy fix) we enjoyed our stay."
