"The hotel is in a Residential area, but is walkable to the main attractions and restaurants. It's a fairly new building so accommodations are nice and very comfortable. The rooms have a small kitchen area in the event that you want to prepare breakfast. Staff at the reception are really nice and helpful. I really recommend this place. "

"The apartment was very clean with daily cleaning service. The area around had a bunch of shops and local cafes. The historical sites were at most a 10 min walk. There is a parking garage that is at most a 5 min walk and is next to a grocery store. I arrived earlier than planned and was able to get a room even though checkin was at 15. Highly recommend "

"The property is in a good location very close to the archeological museum with good restaurants and shopping. Shower good but you have to manually turn hot water on and off. This is not hard. Please note there is no lift for luggage and beds were very firm. Overall room was quiet especially considering downtown location. We had a good stay and it is a very good value. "

"The only problem we found was that the lift was located on the first floor. It meant we had to climb thirty steps with heavy luggage. That aside, we were extremely happy with the apartment, the location and the various local amenities. 💕 Would stay here again!"

"We were met by our pleasant host and given clear directions about the place itself and how to get to local attractions. We were surprised there were no cookware at all, although provided a convenient oven and 2 burner stovetop. The clothes washer worked well. And having parking at the grocery next door was very convenient."

"Even before we arrived Filia was so kind and helpful....reminding us there were beach towels in the apartment and everything else we needed so we didn’t have to fill our luggage with such items. "We had a great stay in this pretty apartment In Heraklion. The location is fantastic near everything you need and want to see, and comes with a beautiful water view. All of our communication with Alex and his team was perfect. He even asked someone to come down and help us with our bags when we arrived! We would rent this place again with no reservations."

"My daughter and I were both thrilled when we stepped out of our taxi and found Julie, our very enthusiastic host waiting for us on the sidewalk and gave us a small tour of the property as we walked to our unit. "We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up.
