The room smelled horribly of cigarettes. The AC didn’t work in the room. We didn’t arrive until late and our kids went to sleep so fast that we didn’t call to have it fixed. We asked the front staff about being reimbursed partially for it but the front desk lady was rude and said we should of had it fixed with our sleeping kids in the room… our stay here was completely miserable and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The property was clean, easy to access to the 101 and had a very friendly staff. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room was an old unit so it didn't keep it cold and it was already 90 degrees outside. Aside from that, my husband and I would definitely come back and stay.

It was super hot in the rooms , when I told them they didn’t really care. Do not stay here if you get hot fast. They say the a/c work but it keeps it at a certain temp. Opening the window at night didn’t even help. Wish I could at least get half a refund. Also lots of spiders in and outside the room. The room smelled of dog pee all day and night since it was so warm in there. Do not recommend at ALL! Save your money.

The front desk clerk was very nice and check-in was smooth. Unfortunately the non-smoking room smelled like freshly smoked cigarettes! That’s not so good for anyone, but for people who have compromised respiratory systems, it’s terrible! We had to go out and buy a scent neutralizer. The bathroom could use a good cleaning as well. In addition, the bed mattresses are quite uncomfortable and I woke up with a backache. It’s an average hotel in a not-so-great area with mediocre amenities and condition.

Unfortunately our stay here wasn’t a great one. None of their ice machines were working. The room we were in had an air conditioner that didn’t work and that was after we had maintenance come fix it. Justin who was working the front desk had no customer service skills whatsoever. He told me we would have to pay for an upgraded room since they were at capacity for the same type of room we had. However, once my boyfriend went and talked to him he didn’t charge us for an “upgraded” room which the only difference was it had a refrigerator in it. Justin needs to brush up on his customer service skills and get Motel 6 get the ice machines fixed.

Our air conditioning didn’t work and they wouldn’t accommodate us, we complain no one was at the register so we came back the next day and they said well you should’ve said something yesterday. The bathroom was very dingy and the built-in couch in the room was broken. I will not be getting another room unless no one else does either..

They are not only bare bones but for at least six months that I personally know of have zero working ice machines on their extensive property. They continue to put ‘ice buckets’ in the rooms for no apparent reason. When I have asked about the ice machine on three consecutive stays the staff just shrugs with no interest in repair or caring. Today at check out I asked for a copy of what I signed at check in. They refused. After ten minutes they reluctantly gave me an abbreviated copy.

I was placed in a room with Black Mold and an infestation of bed bugs! When I opened the door to the room, there was an odor that was horrible and I had to keep the windows open at all time! This place needs to be shutdown! I'm shocked they would place a woman in a room like this! You all should be ashamed of yourselves!
