"I loved the ease of check in, using the digital key and newness of the property. Lots of nice but simple features. I would have rated 5 stars, but it was clear the mattress cover for the hide-a-bed had been slept on, folded away and never changed by housekeeping. Some prior guest had used it, stained it in two places and it looked like they had dirt or grease on their feet. These things should always be checked by housekeeping. "

"They can improve on cleaning, I found hairs on clean towels and some insects. It is a nice new property with spacious kitchen, rooms and bathrooms. "
