"What a nice experience! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching fish jump. Publix is within walking distance. The pizza place next to Publix was excellent. Would highly recommend this houseboat. "

"Great location for enjoying Wilmington. It is a walk to the houses from parking but a wagon does make it easier. The cove office was nice enough to let us borrow one which saved us. All in all a great place and would rent again."

"Property is great location and property owners/managers responded quickly and promptly. It met all our needs. While sitting outside was nice the view was partially blocked due to a large yacht in front of the sitting area. We adjusted our chairs a bit but were surprised by the view being blocked. I would still recommend this place but advise the view could be partially blocked."

"We really enjoyed our stay on the boat! The bed was comfortable, sheets clean, equipment all functioning. Could watch the stars from bed at night :-) Location is great.. able walk to marina beach in 10 mins and Venice beach in 20mins. Evening cocktail hour with sun setting back at boat made whole experience priceless. Thank you!"

"We live in Albuquerque, and this place was a great get away for a long weekend. It is clean, very well furnished, and close to the mountains and Jemez Springs. The views from the deck are amazing and are a joy to look at in the morning and evening. I would stay here again."

"This property was everything that was expected and more. The grounds and marina are beautiful and expertly groomed. The staff at the marina were at the ready for anythimg we needed. The Beach bar team were so friendly and inviting. As for the houseboat we rented it was wonderful and spotless. Truly an amazing experience. We also enjoyed that there was a lot to do within walking distance. We can see many anniversaries to come being spent here."

Panoramic views of Boston Harbor, quiet location, easy access to tourist sites. Can’t wait to stay again! Only concern please consider replacing deck furniture especially table, chairs and one sofa.
