We have stayed in several hotels in the area. This one is by far our favorite. Very clean, decent breakfast, nice pool and lobby. All the elevators worked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable here. This will be our new place to stay when we’re staying in central Cancun.

We stayed here for a night and were perfect. Easy check in/out, great location, private parking , in-house restaurant and the breakfast was amazing. I see bad comments here. You need to book based on your needs.

Very nice hotel with very good staff; only issue was some loud hall cleaning around 9:30am (I urge the hotel to consider if this sound is necessary) and in-and-out WiFi in my room (110). I’d def. stay there again - breakfasts were awesome!

The staff was very very unfriendly and they charged me $500 MEX for my visitor to come and visit me, also I booked for 2 beds and paid for it, but I was only given one bed and a small room. I don’t understand why I had to pay extra $500 MEX I would really like to get my money back. I am going to file a complaint also I will spread the new to my colleagues and family members. I have been using Expedia for many many years and this is very very unsatisfied occurrence happened.

Well located, close to ADO station and lots of eating options including Halal food. We came at 8am and asked if we could get early check in. They charged us 50USD extra and gave us the room right away. No fridge or microwave in the room. Luggage storage is available. Area feels quite safe

Decent place. close to many restaurants and local shopping like Mercado 28. Hotel is clean enough. No frills. You won't get hand lotions or extras. Little bit far from the Hotel zone. Have to take can or bus. But you know this before booking. Overall nice place to stay afew days. Won't give you the pampering of a resort

Beds were comfortable and the staffs were great and spoke English so well. Air conditioner worked very well. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good, but it opens at 7pm and wouldn't let you start earlier or give you packed breakfast if you have to leave earlier for the tour. Big bummer b/c most of the tour buses pick you up earlier than 7 pm. Very close local restaurants like: La Parrilla, el Cejas,etc and walking distances to Mercardo 28 and 23; two Oxxos are near there. There's really cheap taco stand in front of one of the Oxxos near the park.

This property is in a very convenient downtown location, close to the main market and ADO bus terminal (all within walking distance). Plenty of eating options and their breakfast was great - omelettes made to order, fresh fruit and plenty of coffee. A great way to start your day.

The room was small but comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and plentiful - the omelettes were great. The hotel is centrally located, close to many dining options and walking distance to the ADO bus terminal.

The price for this property is reasonable and it was clean. We had an issue of no hot water on a couple of days. I don’t know if it the culture or not, but we had no washcloths in our room, and neither did any of the rest of our group.

We were there for our niece’s baptism. The family stayed there as it was just a few of us. We were able to find great places to eat and could walk to them. You just have to be mindful that you are in another country and be aware of your surroundings
