"This hotel is a tranquil oasis in the middle of frenetic downtown SF. Kind helpful syaff, clean, attractive spaces, cozy rooms with decent TV with streaming castability. Premium coffee maker in room, and a decent wine tasting hour in the lobby. All of these things matter, and there are no chintzy substitutes on offer. The parking is a little more expensive than the public garage, but their garage is very secure with quick valet service."
"The staff are super nice and always smiling. Check in was a breeze. We were given access to Regency club for a reasonable price for our big party of 10. Valet was a bit pricey our big van was charged $100 per day as it won't fit in their parking lot. The facility is clean and accessible to everything including the market in front. A lot of dining choices near the hotel. The cable car ride station is just beside the hotel as well. It is safe to walk around. The regency club was awesome, not...
"Unfortunately, the bed was not up to expectations. It was as if the bed was composed out of two pieces. Not comfortable. Otherwise, hotel was great! Clean with helpful staff."

"Charming, small and nicely renovated hotel near Union Square. The staff are courteous and welcoming, and it's a good place to spend a few hours in the lobby just chatting on the phone in the lobby or resting in between ventures out into the city. I'll be back!"

"Hotel was super clean; bed (and pillows) was very comfortable; extra blanket and pillow in the closet (which I used); nice sized room (King bed option) and didn't feel cramped at all; room was hot when I checked in, but the ac worked quickly to cool it down and keep it at my desired temp; hotel staff allowed me to check in early, which I so appreciated, coming straight from the airport; loved location right on the Bay; parking is free and the area is safe and well lit; staff super friendly and helpful; breakfasts were really good (the omelets were amazing) with a great selection of food. The only negative for me, was I had a super early flight, and the shuttle didn't start until 4:03am and I needed to be at the airport by 3:20am, so I had to call an Uber. With that being said, I would definitely plan on staying there again. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!"
