We have stayed with Hilton a few times and personally with this one in the financial district it was really run down and sad. When we checked in it was pretty late. Reception was very nice. Room was on the 6th floor and looking out at the side of a building on bay side. we asked if we could move higher or to different room. at that point they couldn't help and to check back tomorrow. Still no new room. we had a few neighbors come banging in and then was gone the next day. Not sure if they found a room or off to another hotel. Ice machines didn't work all the way up to 10. Other then that we made the best of it and thanks to your staff in this hard time.
