"The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. My wife, children and my grandson all stayed comfortable in the property. We loved all the amenities and it was well stocked with bedding. We are definitely looking forward to another stay in the future."

"The staff was very friendly, the hotel room is perfect for family traveling with kids, the kids area with bunk beds and their own TV gave the adults a bit of reprieve. I did have to ask for a couple of blankets for the kids bed, but was quickly accommodated with a smile. Early check in was a huge plus as well. Easy access to beach, great bar tender, pool is perfect for kids. Enjoyed breakfast. Great for family. "

Only critique I have is the amenities, some of the outdoor activities could be more updated. There are pools it would be vool to have one for adults with alcohol served at poolside. "I was overall happy with the hotel. I was disappointed they advertise a cafe and there wasn’t one. The drink machine outside wouldn’t work. Other than that everything was clean and I would stay here again."

"I have stayed at Beachview many times over the last 10 years. The first stay I had felt like I found a hidden gem right on Panama City Beach. Over the years I have brought family and friends to stay here and each time I am a little more disappointed. The location is great, staff is AMAZING, amenities are nice, but the condition of the property and the upkeep is steadily going downhill. It looks like they tried to make the elevators more aesthetically appealing, but they are in awful shape now....

"Service was great! Kealey and Maria were awesome and a huge help. The breakfast is not very good. Pretty sure it's hotdog pieces instead of sausage. The apple and page juice machine has been broken for a couple days. Plan accordingly. The elevators smell awful. The bed isn't the softest. Now for the great things after getting those out of the way. The beach access is awesome. The view is awesome. Always an entire crew walking around cleaning. Activities daily for the kids like a movie or foam...
