"Mediocre. Compared to other properties in this area at this price, it was sub-par. The lobby is on the third floor which makes for a lot of necessary elevator traffic. There was always a 5 minute plus wait for an elevator. The building was very hot and humid. Overall, not recommended. "

"Good area with easy access to coffee/fast food. Close to Metro and walkable to Union Station. Nice breakfast offerings but can be crowded. Location was good but did involve a lot of walking to get to tourist areas. "

"The location of the hotel is great. A short walk of about 10 minutes to a metro station and restaurants. The staff was nice and friendly. We arrived early and were able to check into our room around 11am. The room was clean and comfortable for us."

"Staff was very friendly and location had a lot of dining options. It was walkable to the national mall and Smithsonian museums if you are willing to walk 30 minutes. Also a 30 minute walk to the river walk area which was nice. We did not use our car at all. A/C in the room was noisy and not the best and we could hear people in the hallway but overall a great place for a good price."
