Parking with valet takes some planning and waiting but overall not bad. Took Uber to the National Mall area. With young toddler did not do a lot of siteseeing, the suite is very nice with cooking stove that is a plus. The couch is wonderful (baby climbed up and down a lot to play). Overall recommend for family.

The rooms were great. Nice and roomy. I would have given it 5 stars but we had to hunt down clean towels every day…..it was so hot in DC we would go tour , then come back and shower again before going to dinner so we needed clean towels! Location is great with lots of choice dining spots in walking distance. We would stay here again!

Because the property is close to the ballpark it gets busy especially on game days. The WiFi is super slow at this hotel. You’ll have to Uber to the better part of the city for the attractions. Probably wiill stay away for the Navy Yards next time I visit

Rude clerk greeted me, acted like my questions were a bother to her. This even though I explained to her that I have never been in that area and wasn’t familiar. Room was okay but the toilet wouldn’t flush and maintenance had to come to the room multiple times to fix it. Management probably needs to either invest in some customer service training or fire people. Either way, won’t be going back to this hotel.

This is a really nice property, close to the Ballpark and the metro station. The staff were extremely nice and attentive. We were out of shampoo in the shower and the front desk sent someone up to our room within 10 minutes. They provide breakfast in the morning, have a rooftop hang out and a pool.
