Property is located in a good area, but wrote a bit of walk from The Mall. In terms of the property, the staff needs training. Who asks how many plastic forks do you need when i am asking for a couple of forks? When dc had announced a bill water advisory, why are you rationing 2 bottles per room instead of a 12 pack daily? Was i living in Motel 6? On day q, when i complained that the bathroom door does not lock, why was it not fixed during my stay? Breakfast is supposed to be a last of buffet not potatoes and bread, any some meals thrown in that no one seems to be interested in.. does the staff have to continually clean and obstruct in the tiny 2 hour window of serving. Makes me seriously think if the Hyatt brand is worth paying the money for. (Don't forget the additional $50 daily parking). Apart from this, location is nice

The location of the hotel is great. A short walk of about 10 minutes to a metro station and restaurants. The staff was nice and friendly. We arrived early and were able to check into our room around 11am. The room was clean and comfortable for us.

Our room was wonderful. It was very spacious and in a conveniently located. The only thing I would change is more tv channels. As well as provide breakfast. There was 4 levels of guest who got free breakfast but then we had to pay extra because we didn’t fall under certain qualifications.
