"The elevator floors were filthy with garbage on the floors. The front desk staff is pokey and clueless. The room was nice, same with the pools. While we were at the pool, House keeping brought towels but forgot to shut the room door completely. Luckily nothing was missing since our belongings were in there. "

I can’t get used to the idea that the room is not serviced each day.I guess it would add greatly to the cost but I really like coming into a fresh room with the bed made, the trash emptied and the bath straightened. Overall it’s fine"
