Description of property online stated hot tub. Maybe jacuzzi tubs in some of the rooms but no hot tub by pool. Disappointed because that is why I booked this hotel.

My issue I had with staff was there was fire in the garage July 21st and we didnt hear the alarms going off on the 19th floor. Couldn't find anyone from management to voice my concerns! I would like to speak with someone about this matter!

We stay every year at the IP resort for our anniversary but this time we decided to bring along my youngest. It was a great family vacation and got to experience the IP family style. We were so happy to see Will at the front desk that greets us like a friend. This will always be our home base of our trips to Biloxi. Staff was fantastic and the room with a great view made our trip even better. See you again soon Biloxi. The city that doesn't sleep. Haha

Great place to lay your head on a road trip across the south. Nice, Easy and Clean. The food options were good, the wait was long so we did not stay so I cannot rate the food, but we tried. Casino was fun, bar staff was great so a fun time was had by all.

No wait in registration...very small casino without a very big variety of slot machines. Lady at registration desk seemed like she didnt want to be there didnt offer any information as to where anything was to help us find anything especially elevators to rooms...room was decent. Will definitely go to different casino hotel next time

In all honesty the staff is nice, the exterior of the property is nice, but the hotel rooms and floors smell horribly and not very clean.

The property overall was average. We did not eat at the hotel so unable to rate food but the wait times were 25 min or more for a table of 4 in one restaurant. No room service, valet, nor housekeeping was provided during our stay. Per hotel those things were not available. There were several fans outside of our room which we were not warned about and continued to run all night long.

No housekeeping so they don’t take out trash or anything. Pool area is dirty and has trash everywhere and kids just run wild and nobody says anything. This is just to name a few things wrong with this place.
