Excellent to stay with most things you need in the room with some kitchen supplies, however the location is very far from center of Istanbul. "Lagom is located in the heart of the famous Nisantasi neighborhood and it exceeded our thoughts on quality. Me and my wife were initially planning on a couple nights and moving to somewhere else during our wedding trip to Istanbul but we ended up staying the whole time (20 nights) at this place. "When I arrived the staff asked me for 1800 turkish lira, which I thought was for the key deposit as there English was very poor. On check out I was told no money back. I thought that I had paid Expedia for my stay there, and I wonder if hotel is taking money from expedia as well as for guests. My room was not cleaned at all during my stay. Will not stay there again. "

"I had to book this additional night just to be able to check out at 4 pm because the front desk employee said they are fully booked and can not give me a late checkout so infront of him I booked an additional night and told him apparently you are not fully booked and informed the manager of what happened and she said oh you just booked the last room."
