"The room was in good condition and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. However, the lobby had a bad smell, possibly due to nearby construction, and the elevator was slow, likely due to its age. Despite these issues, I would still choose to book at this location again."
"Decent Room, quite clean. Thin walls, could hear the next room's TV and yelling. hHd to pay $20 just to park behind the hotel. Bed rolls around, sort of annoying. Basic breakfast on the first floor, with a waffle maker which was a nice touch. the pillows were atrocious, never had such a lumpy pile of garbage under my head. Overall a decent budget hotel to sleep for a night."

5/5 Excellent
"This hotel was in a perfect location, huge family room beautifully clean, felt safe and secure and staff were excellent.
The only issue we had was on arrival to the room, to find only one bed for 3 people and no sofa bed. Went to reception to be told it would be an additional $45 per night for a rollaway bed, after a 20 minute discussion with the hotel it was agreed they would provide this FOC as my son is 14 yrs old, it was not appropriate for him to share with myself and my friend who was travelling with us as suggested at one point by the hotel. Expedia really need to make people aware of this on there site if sofa beds are not in the room as suggested on the advert."

"We loved the hotel for its proximity to everything we wanted to get to and the staff was very helpful with information or hailing cabs. The elevator situation was a pain unless you knew to use the service elevators and then it was a non-issue. "

"Very nice and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, quiet considering you're next to Times Square.
Coffee bar should stay open all day - we could not get a coffee at 2pm which was strange. Bar prices could be lower for hotel guests."
