Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We stayed here for quick access to universal, and we were not disappointed. Very close to the park, they offer a shuttle services, we didn't have any long wait lines at check in, the room and amenities were sparkling clean, and complimentary breakfast was perfect to get us started with the day!

Sink didnt drain, shower smelled mildewy (poor ventilation). Room alarm clock still on, woke us up at 6am, we wanted to sleep in till 8.
