"I had a reservation for a room with a king size bed. When I arrived I was told there was no rooms with king size beds available and was asked if a full size would be ok...unfortunately it is to small be ause my husband is 6ft.4in tall and would hang off a full size bed. The front desk lady was amazing and upgraded our room to a suite so we would have the king size bed. It's little things like that that make your stay more enjoyable. "

"Overall this was a great place to stay. Rooms were comfy and clean. A/C unit was quiet (usually find them to be noisy). Staff was very friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for comfort is that the elevator (we were on the 3rd floor) wasn't working the morning that we left so we had to climb and descend 3 flights of stairs. "

"Pros: quiet, great common area in the lobby and outside seating area. Friendly staff. Cons: floors were filthy. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel. Some serious language barriers made us communicating issues and getting them resolved pretty difficult but we were able to finally get about half of what we needed. Small rooms. Would I stay here again? Unlikely. "
