Everything is perfect except that they only have 1 luggage cart and they said there’s actually 3 carts but people keep them in their hotel rooms which was annoying because i had to carry all our luggage and stuff from car to hotel room. But everything else is very good!

This is a very good hotel, the best La Quinta I have ever encountered. Everything is really clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. It is a great value. I would suggest avoiding the dairy products on the breakfast. The yogurt wasn't as cold as it should be, and I should not have eaten it, so the food poisoning was partially my own fault. I wish they would have let me stay in our room until our flight, because I was so sick, throwing up and dealing with nausea. But I didn't want to pay for an extra day just because I got sick on the breakfast. Otherwise, this is a terrific hotel and I would stay again.

Our room was very clean, it was quiet, and it was in a safe area. My one complaint is that the elevator was down and we were on the 3rd floor with two small children and luggage and they were unable to put us in a room on a lower floor, which was a hassle the entire weekend.

The elevator was out the entire time of our stay. They didn’t offer any kind of discount and put us on the third floor, so not great. Also not a fan of everything they use in the rooms and the breakfast is paper and plastic; glasses, dishes, table ware. Such a waste and so cheap.

Elevator broken. Seems to be short staffed, only employee was clearly having a bad day but at least he was trying. A/C was off and room was 80 degrees when I checked in, just what I wanted after a long day of driving, not. No soap in the bathroom for showering, no creamer for coffee at brekfast. At least the room was clean.

Property was great. My stay was horrible because i was treated like a criminal and locked out of my room every single day of my stay even though i had prepaid for 3 days. Was told 2 different excuses by employees. First was a door malfunction then i was told my phone deactivates the keys.. except i had 4 keys 2 of which were never near a phone. If i wasnt covered in tattoos or from California i feel as if i wouldnt have been treated so poorly. It was extremely embarassing to be standing in the hall in front of other patrons and being denied entry into the room i paid for.. i will never stay nor recommend la quinta to anyone ever
