Awful. Where do I even start…
1. The room was TINY, it smelled musty and the bathroom was a pedestal sink and no counter, so you’ll have to use the dirty floor to do your makeup and hair.
2. The bed had short black hairs in it leading me to believe that the sheets weren’t cleaned, and when I called and asked for clean sheets nobody ever came.
3. The floor was constantly wet from people coming up and down barefoot from the pool and it was a huge slip hazard.
4. You will not get coffee or breakfast unless you’re downstairs at 6:15 on the dot. Day one of our stay I was there at 9:20 and everything was already cleaned up and put away even though breakfast is until 10. Day two I arrived at 8:40 and nothing was left. Nothing.
5. We stood at the front desk for 28 minutes along with a line of 10 others to check out. We knocked on the management door, asked for someone to please come to the desk, multiple people walked around the motel look for an employee, it was RIDICULOUS- we not only missed our Uber to the airport, but everyone in the lobby was furious. By the time she arrived she simply took our room keys and that was that. I asked her why they didn’t have a sign or maybe a box that said “Drop keys here” to let us know that we didn’t have to wait for an employee to check out and she just stared at me and didn’t say anything. Maybe have ppl working front desk in hospitality who know how to speak to patrons.
I visit often and will NEVER stay here again.
