Good Value

This hotel was a great value for Seville. The rooms were clean and modern and the service was helpful, spoke English well. The only drawback was that the hotel was difficult to find, but is in a great location once you are there.

Great Location with a helpful staff

This was a wonderful hotel on Calle San Vicente that most families on a budget will appreciate. Once you figure out the local transport routes and where the mercado is expenses can be at a bare minimum. The river is nearby with its walkway and bike path which is also the bus route. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Dont’ stay in the room for 4 pax rm at the end of the hallway.

The hotel is well maintained. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and for 7 euros, this was a good deal for the quality of food and the variety of food. We ate a heavy breakfast because we walked a lot during the day. The hotel location requires riding public transportation as walking would be too much since you will be walking much of the day as well...save your energy and take the bus...buy a bonobus for 10 rides for 6 euros at convenience stores, you can shares this will everyone in your party. We stayed in a room for 4 people. The room smelled funny at the start of the stay and got worse on the first night so we asked to be transferred and the hotel accomodated our request. However, I did not sleep well the first night and my entire family should not have been subjected to foul smelling conditions...the entire room smelled like sewage and we had to sleep with the windows open the whole night, but still that did not help. Once we were transferred, our stay was great. I would recommend this hotel to friends, but not at the room for 4 people at the very end of the hall...rm 221 I think!

Buy the bonobus which give 10 rides to the bus. This can be shared among members of your party. Otherwise, bus ride is 1.20 euros each. The Arenal Flamenco is a good experience but not for kids or teenagers. Don’t come in shorts as people do dress up for it. Skirts and pants at least. Hotel is not far from bus stop but perhaps a 15 minute walk. Taxi is about 10 euros; we had 4 bags and the taxi chaged extra per bag; in seville it was 44 cents, but in Granada, it was 1 euro per bag.
