The view from the 37th floor is unmatched. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice, it is within walking distance from Triana, which is a very authentic neighborhood, and has a great view of the Riverwalk from the bridge.

Fantastic hotel

We like this hotel and have been here before. It's convenient with parking underneath the lobby with direct access to the elevators. It seems however it is a little overdue for maintenance after 10 years in operation, the carpet in the corridors looked dirty and worn out and the bed should probably be renewed as well. Not quite 5 star standard on the maintenance of this otherwise great hotel.

Mesmerizing Terrace and Excellent Service

It was somewhat disappointing that the facilities were not included in the price and had to be purchased separately. However, everything else was excellent — the terrace and the view were truly mesmerizing, and both the room and the service were outstanding.

Fabulous hotel on the edge of town but an easy walk into all the best areas. Can't fault the hotel. Anyone driving, you need to park on level -1 in the red zone. This allows access to the hotel. These directions are lacking when you book!
