This hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are all wonderful, unbelievably helpful. My room was very clean and very modern. Only one problem - the noise. At one side of the hotel, the rooms look on to a terrace where guests eat breakfast (early) and dinner (late) and the sound echos around the building. On the other side, there is a square and it is often filled with noisy schoolchildren. I have to say that none of that really bothered me but what did annoy me was the piped music which played all through the hotel. I even heard it in my room. It was the worst Muzak I have ever heard and it went on for hours. Such a shame because I did really enjoy my stay there.

As a VIP customer of your website, I only enjoyed a 187ml bottle of wine, and the hotel does not provide a kettle or coffee machineRequests for early check-in and late check-out were not approved. There was also a non-tidying incident, which resulted in us wasting an hour in the lobby without any apology.

Great stay
Initial impressions were good and continued throughout. The hotel and rooms both modern and clean. Parking was fine €21. Breakfast was plentiful with good choice. The only negative was the shower, in the respect that due to a low lip the water ingress into toilet area. Would stop here again, great location within walking distances of many sites.

The location was great, the pillows were excellent and the pool was lovely, however extremely busy at 6pm. One thing we did not like was that the bathrooms were frosted glass and were actually completely see through. Not appropriate for twin rooms.
