i recommend this hptel cause it,s close to the subway and in a nice neibourhood with lots of restaurants and shops.

nice staff and easy location
The staffs (2 guys and 1 girl) are very friendly. The hotel is located in a residential area, very convenient to Metro station, Pertney (only 1 min away). Also need to mention is that the Air France bus runs every 15 min from CDG (16.5 Euro) or Orlay (11.5 Euro) airport to Montapanasse, which is 15 min walk to the hotel. I stayed there for 3 days and had my enjoyable breakfast everyday in the bakery around the corner. The down sites are that the room and the elevator are very small. However, I traveled alone and had no problem with these.

Pleasant Stay.
My husband and I really spent four nights at the hotel and it was a very comfortable stay. The room is a decent size and very clean and modern. The staff is pleasant but not overly friendly and it is conveniently located even though out of the way of the tourist district. There is a grocery store, bakery, restaurant and metro stop all within a 1/2 block to a few blocks from the hotel. There is a very good deal for the amount of money. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Paris.
Traveler's tip
We tried the local cheese shop and I probably picked the wrong cheese because I had to throw it out; I did not like the taste. We also tried one of the local bakeries and the bread is a little too hard for my taste but you might enjoy it. The bakery right next to the hotel was on closed when we were there so we could not try it. The metro is very close and very convenient but watch the stops for Montparnasse there are two stops.
